Developing Inclusive, Personal and Business Ethical Behaviours

Aims

This module is designed to develop students critical understanding and application of strategic, reflective, inclusive and effective behaviours in order to demonstrate credible business acumen. The module will critically evaluate theories and conceptual frameworks that examine how the development of individual and interpersonal competencies can drive good working practices which are inclusive and influential. This module will develop student’s ability to make strategic and ethical business decisions whilst also promoting lifelong learning and self-development.

Learning Outcomes

• Demonstrate principle led and ethical behaviours that drive inclusive working practices and which unlock people potential within a business environment
• Model a strategic level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness and ability to negotiate and influence multiple stakeholders within a business context
• Actively engage with personal and professional development opportunities and effectively align the building of individual competencies with organisational business making decisions
