Course Description:

Aims

This module is designed to develop students critical understanding and application of strategic, reflective, inclusive and effective behaviours in order to demonstrate credible business acumen. The module will critically evaluate theories and conceptual frameworks that examine how the development of individual and interpersonal competencies can drive good working practices which are inclusive and influential. This module will develop student’s ability to make strategic and ethical business decisions whilst also promoting lifelong learning and self-development.

  • Model a strategic level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness and ability to negotiate and influence multiple stakeholders within a business context
