Aims

Within this module, a systematic knowledge of change management will be deployed to allow learners to consider organisational change. Throughout, they will be exposed to the complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty that underpin projects involving change. They will draw on their learning from prior modules to plan, implement, or evaluate a change within their own organisation.

Learning Outcomes

After completing the module the student should be able to:

  1. Learners will be able to analyse complex data and draw sensible conclusions to create a robust argument supporting conclusions
  2. Learners will be able to critically reflect on their own approach and the approach of their organisation in relation to change management in order to inform future practice
  3. Learners will be able to demonstrate a systematic and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of key theories, strategies and techniques relating to change management
