Learning Outcomes

After completing the module the student should be able to:

1 Develop a critical awareness of all phases of a project.

2 Evaluate the relationship between project management processes and methodologies.

3 Determine the difference between portfolio management, governance and programme management.

4 Develop a critical awareness of the issues involved at the strategic, operational and project level.

5 Evaluate the relationship between strategic, operational and project levels, and the broader environment in which operational effectiveness can be achieved.
