Aims & Learning Outcomes
Students will identify and develop opportunities to enhance performance and initiate transformational change within organisations. Studying a variety of related areas, including innovation, change management and digitalisation, and develop strategies to apply them to improve and transform their organisation.
Students will also develop an understanding of how to design and produce applied business research scholarly-practitioner projects.
