Quality Monitoring and Improvement

This module requires students to analyse the role of evaluation in service delivery within health care settings to develop organization wide changes. Students will critically analyse the evidence base for evaluation in service delivery within health care settings, as well as current performance measures in place. Risk assessment frameworks will also be scrutinized to consider process effectiveness and quality outcomes.
